Norwegian companies are gearing up to participate in the H2 Energy Future Expo and Forum (H2EX) 2025 in Kuching, Sarawak, to showcase Norway's role as a global leader in hydrogen technologies. Innovation Norway will spearhead a delegation of hydrogen experts and businesses at the event scheduled from 12 to 14 June 2025. The forum aims to bring together stakeholders from various sectors of the hydrogen value chain to discuss investment opportunities and foster technology collaboration. The Norwegian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur emphasized the alignment between Sarawak's aspiration to establish itself as a hydrogen hub in the region and Norway's extensive experience in renewable energy and hydrogen advancement. This participation stems from a memorandum of understanding signed in 2023 between Innovation Norway and the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation, focusing on enhancing cooperation in the realm of green energy. The event is expected to be a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and showcasing Norway's prowess in the hydrogen sector, further solidifying its reputation as a frontrunner in sustainable energy solutions.
