Atawey has completed the acquisition of McPhy's hydrogen refuelling stations business for €12 million, solidifying its position as the European leader in the sector with a total of 70 stations. This strategic move also includes the integration of 40 McPhy employees into Atawey, boosting the company's workforce to 145. Additionally, Atawey has gained access to a high-performance industrial facility with increased production capacity and testing areas, allowing for the quick response to orders worth nearly €25 million.
