Additionally, the state has launched the West Bengal New and Renewable Manufacturing Promotion Policy to address supply gaps and incentivize renewable energy manufacturing units. Sanjay Budhia, MD of Patton, echoed the importance of harmonized policies and incentives for promoting circular economy transition. He highlighted the state's efforts towards zero waste initiatives and resource recovery to reduce environmental impact.
