Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) recently announced its achievement of a record high order inflow for the financial year 2024–25, reaching ₹92,534 crore and boosting its total order book to ₹1.95 lakh crore. The company's revenue for the fiscal year stood at ₹27,350 crore, marking a 19% increase from the previous year, with the power segment playing a significant role in this growth. BHEL also secured new orders in the industry vertical, maintaining a balanced growth strategy across core segments. Noteworthy is the successful commissioning of 8.1 GW of power generation capacity during FY25, highlighting the company's project execution capabilities. In a move towards technological advancement, BHEL partnered with the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre to access Mixed-Matrix Membrane Diaphragm Technology, enhancing its capabilities in the green hydrogen market.
