BluJ Aero and Blade India have joined forces in Hyderabad to transform the aviation landscape in India. Blade India has committed to purchasing 60 VTOL aircraft, including 50 BluJ REACH cargo aircraft and 10 BluJ HOP passenger aircraft. The BluJ REACH, an unmanned VTOL powered by hydrogen electric technology, targets same-day deliveries with a 300 km range and 100 kg payload capacity. On the other hand, the BluJ HOP is a piloted H2eVTOL designed for economical regional passenger travel, promising to redefine regional connectivity in India. The co-founders of BluJ Aero showcased the flying capabilities of their prototype autonomous eVTOL, highlighting their commitment to sustainable aviation.
