The International Conference on Green Hydrogen (ICGH-2024) held in Delhi brought together key stakeholders to emphasize India's commitment to advancing the Green Hydrogen Agenda. Minister of State Shri Shripad Y. Naik highlighted the government's dedication to clean energy and the National Green Hydrogen Mission's strategic approach, including skill development and job creation. The event, inaugurated by Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, attracted over 8,500 delegates and showcased technological innovations in the Green Hydrogen sector. Prof. Ajay K. Sood, the Principal Scientific Adviser, stressed the historic opportunity of Green Hydrogen in redefining energy systems and creating a cleaner planet. Discussions led by officials like Shri Bhupinder S. Bhalla and Shri Pankaj Jain focused on the transformative potential of Green Hydrogen for India's energy sector, stressing the importance of international cooperation and innovative technologies. The conference featured plenary sessions highlighting global perspectives and breakout sessions delving into technical, financial, and policy aspects of Green Hydrogen. Ms. Jyoti Vij from FICCI expressed gratitude, emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to transition India into a Green Hydrogen hub. The event emphasized youth empowerment, skill development, and the reshaping of India's energy landscape through innovation and international collaboration.
