Jakson Green, the renewable energy division of the Jakson Group, has secured a ₹600 million sustainable trade facility from HSBC India to enhance its operational capabilities in the renewable energy sector. The funding will not only support Jakson Green's endeavors in India but also facilitate its expansion into global markets such as the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Europe. Chandan Goswami, the CFO of Jakson Green, expressed the significance of the partnership with HSBC India in advancing the company's renewable energy initiatives worldwide. The collaboration signifies a commitment to promoting clean energy solutions for a sustainable future. Jakson Green, established in 2022 by the Jakson Group, focuses on various clean energy technologies, including green hydrogen, green ammonia, waste-to-energy solutions, and solar energy, along with operation and maintenance services. The joint venture between Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) and Jakson Green aims to explore solar power project opportunities domestically and internationally, with a majority stake held by Jakson Green. This alliance intends to synergize efforts in executing large-scale EPC clean energy projects in regions like the Middle East, North Africa, the CIS, and Asia Pacific, contributing to the global shift towards renewable energy sources.
