Hyundai Motor Company and Škoda Group have officially joined forces to collaborate on developing a hydrogen mobility ecosystem. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed during the Korea-Czech Republic Business Summit in Prague by Hyundai's Executive VP, Ken Ramírez, and Škoda Group's CEO, Petr Novotný. The partnership is centered around exploring hydrogen fuel cell technologies and energy-efficient solutions for mobility. Both companies share a common vision of hydrogen playing a crucial role in creating a sustainable future, particularly within the mobility sector. Hyundai's advanced fuel cell technology is expected to drive environmentally friendly transportation solutions in Škoda's key markets, with a focus on the Czech Republic. Beyond mobility, Hyundai and Škoda will collaborate on expanding the applications of hydrogen, aiming to position themselves as leaders in the global energy transition. This partnership underscores their dedication to innovation, sustainability, and the adoption of future technologies for a cleaner and more efficient world.
