IIT Bombay has been selected as a Hub institute under the PAIR programme by ANRF, focusing on Industry 4.0, Energy and Sustainability, and Advanced Materials research. The network will include seven partner institutions and aims to promote joint research, shared infrastructure, and student/faculty mobility. Specific areas of focus include Industry 4.0 technologies like signal processing and AI, green hydrogen, energy materials, and advanced materials research like photonic materials. The programme also provides opportunities for students to access advanced laboratories, internships, and collaborative programs.
