The new entity, 'Evonik Fuhua New Materials (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.,' sees Evonik holding a 51% stake and Fuhua owning the remaining 49%. This collaboration follows a license agreement from 2023 where Evonik provided H2O2 technology to Fuhua for a 200-kiloton hydrogen peroxide megaplant. The joint venture will utilize H2O2 supplied by Fuhua for further purification.
