A high-level delegation from South Korean energy companies, led by Sung Soo Kim Su, Senior Vice President of the Global Sae-A Group, visited Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). The delegation explored DEWA's Sustainability and Innovation Centre and the Research and Development (R&D) Centre at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. DEWA, known for its advancements in clean and renewable energy, presented its Green Hydrogen project during the visit. This project, the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa, generates hydrogen through the electrolysis of water using solar power. The tank at the facility can store up to 12 hours of hydrogen, offering potential for various applications including energy production and mobility. The Sustainability and Innovation Centre at DEWA, highlighted as a global hub for innovation in clean energy, showcased cutting-edge technologies to the South Korean delegation.
