CHARBONE Hydrogen Corporation, based in Brossard, Quebec, has announced the addition of Mr. David Cheung Atkinson to its operations team to support the expansion of green hydrogen projects in North America. With a strong background in renewable energy projects, Mr. Atkinson will work with the company's COO to facilitate project deployments in the United States and Canada. The company is optimistic about the Canadian Investment Tax Credits for clean hydrogen, which are expected to provide substantial tax rebates. CHARBONE is set to kick off green hydrogen production at its Quebec facility and plans to establish a second facility in Detroit by the end of the year. Additionally, the company aims to enter markets in New York, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Wisconsin, and California while responding to large-scale RFIs. By 2030, CHARBONE plans to have 16 green hydrogen production facilities across North America.
