CHARBONE Hydrogen Corporation, a leading green hydrogen company in North America, has signed a supply agreement for a high-capacity electrolyzer system for its Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, flagship green hydrogen project. The new electrolyzer with capacities up to 10.0 MW will enhance operational capacity estimates and support the company's growth strategy. The system is expected to be installed and commissioned within 4-6 weeks and will start production later in the year. This move aligns with CHARBONE's goal of scaling up green hydrogen production, targeting industrial users shifting from gray hydrogen. The company also plans to establish a green hydrogen project in Detroit, Michigan, and aims to deliver a total of 16 production facilities across North America by 2030. By developing modular green hydrogen facilities, CHARBONE focuses on providing eco-friendly energy solutions and promoting decarbonization in the region.
