Hyting, a German company based in Wiesbaden, has received positive results from independent tests conducted by Wöhler Technik GmbH on their hydrogen heating system. The assessments confirmed that the technology produces no harmful emissions, with water being the only by-product. Dr. Michael Poeplau, CEO of Wöhler GmbH, expressed support for innovative solutions like Hyting's system, highlighting its safety and reliability for operations. The flameless catalytic process employed in Hyting's system allows for the emission-free application of hydrogen in heating, offering significant potential for sustainable heating solutions. The technology, which uses flameless oxidation to generate heat, is designed to be inherently safe and easy to integrate into existing structures or new constructions. With a modular and scalable design ranging from 10-300 kW, Hyting's system can be adapted for various uses, including commercial vehicle heating systems, process heat, and heating for both commercial and residential buildings. Founded in 2021, Hyting aims to deliver carbon-free heating solutions powered by hydrogen.
