Clean Power Hydrogen PLC, listed on AIM as CPH2, has announced plans to raise a minimum of £6 million through a share offering to advance its operational and strategic objectives. The primary focus of this fundraising effort is to support the development and commercialization of its innovative Membrane-Free Electrolyser (MFE) technology. The company recently achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing a factory acceptance test for the MFE110 unit, validating the technology with its first customer. Moving forward, CPH2 is gearing up to commercialize the larger MFE220 unit, with initial deployments planned for key clients including Northern Ireland Water, New Zealand’s Fabrum Solutions, and Ireland’s Hidrigin. Noteworthy contracts and license agreements are already in place to facilitate the global scalability of these units. The raised funds will play a crucial role in financing the deployment of the MFE110 unit and the design and deployment of the MFE220 unit. Additionally, the company aims to utilize the proceeds to propel its growth strategy, which involves activating existing license agreements and preparing for manufacturing scale-up by late 2026. CPH2 envisions establishing a versatile and capital-efficient business model that combines in-house manufacturing with strategic external partnerships to drive sustainable growth and enhance shareholder value.
