Avaada Group, a prominent player in renewable energy, has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with the Skill Council for Green Jobs to enhance green hydrogen skill development in India. The agreement, signed by leaders of both entities, aims to support India's National Green Hydrogen Mission by equipping the youth with essential skills in green hydrogen technologies. The collaboration will focus on delivering targeted training programs in areas such as fuel cells, electrolyzers, and project management to prepare the workforce for careers in the green hydrogen sector. This initiative aligns with the mission's ambitious goal of creating 600,000 jobs by 2030 and attracting investments exceeding ₹8 lakh crore. By partnering with key government bodies, Avaada Group plans to integrate emerging hydrogen technologies into its training programs to support the reskilling of individuals transitioning to green hydrogen roles. The shared vision of empowering a skilled workforce for India's green transformation was highlighted by the Chairman of Avaada Group, Vineet Mittal, and the CEO of the Skill Council for Green Jobs, Arpit Sharma.
