Gensol Engineering Limited, in collaboration with Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd., has emerged as the lowest bidder for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of India's first Bio-Hydrogen project. This groundbreaking initiative aims to convert 25 tons of bio-waste into 1 ton of hydrogen daily, aligning with India's National Green Hydrogen Mission and valued at INR 164 Crore. The project, set to be completed in 18 months, signifies a pivotal step towards green energy generation in the country. The partnership with Westinghouse, USA, known for its patented technology, highlights the commitment to innovation and excellence within the renewable energy sector. Anmol Singh Jaggi, Chairman, and Managing Director of Gensol Engineering Ltd., expressed their honor in winning the bid and emphasized the focus on innovation and excellence. Chirag Kotecha, Whole-time director of Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd., acknowledged the importance of this project in India's energy transition and highlighted the team's dedication to executing it efficiently.
