Clean Power Hydrogen plc (CPH2), a UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company, has announced a strategic partnership with Hidrigin for the production and sale of green hydrogen technology. The agreement includes a Licence Agreement and Sales Contract, allowing Hidrigin to manufacture up to 2GW of MFE220 units in Ireland and collaborate with its Solar PV & Wind Farms globally. Under the Sales Contract, Hidrigin will purchase a 1MW MFE220 electrolyser from CPH2, with plans to outsource manufacturing to Jones Engineering in Co. Carlow, Ireland. Hidrigin has secured €100m funding for renewable energy development and aims to develop €500m of Renewable Energy projects in Europe by 2030. The CEO of CPH2, Jon Duffy, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the growing demand for MFE technology. Similarly, Hidrigin's CEO, Eric Whelan, praised CPH2's technology as a cost-effective solution for green hydrogen production.
