Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has recently entered into two non-binding Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with key industry players. The first MoU is with M/s Merlinhawk Aerospace and involves collaboration on various projects such as the development of composite doors and hatches for naval ships, counter UAV solutions, composite masts for Indian Navy ships, and hydrogen fuel cells for maritime applications. This partnership aims to leverage advanced technologies to enhance the capabilities of naval assets and improve surveillance systems. The second MoU is with M/s Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (KELTRON) to work together on core futuristic technologies for under water surveillance. The goal of this collaboration is to achieve self-reliance in critical areas of defense technology. By partnering with these organizations, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers seeks to foster innovation and drive progress in the defense and maritime sectors.
