THDC India Limited, a leading energy company in India, has achieved a significant milestone in green hydrogen production by successfully implementing one of India's first pilot projects under the 'National Green Hydrogen Mission' in Rishikesh. The project, developed at the office complex in Rishikesh, will produce 50 kg of green hydrogen daily using a 1 MW solar power system. The green hydrogen will be stored in tanks and utilized at night with a 2 kW PEM fuel cell for lighting the office complex. This project, showcasing innovative technologies, is set to be India's largest pilot project based on electrolyzers and fuel cells, demonstrating crucial advancements in green hydrogen production and storage.
