StormFisher Hydrogen has partnered with Hy24's Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure Fund to accelerate clean fuel production projects in North America. This $50 million commitment will aid StormFisher Hydrogen in expanding its pipeline of projects, including facilities in the U.S. and Canada, targeting a renewable capacity of 1.8 GW by 2030. The collaboration aims to drive the transition to low carbon energy solutions and support clean fuel export ambitions to European and Asian markets. The investment will particularly benefit StormFisher Hydrogen's efforts in converting solar and wind energy into e-Fuels like green hydrogen, e-Methanol, green ammonia, and e-Methane across various locations in the United States and Canada. Notably, the North Texas project is expected to reach final investment decisions in early 2026. Judson Whiteside, President and CEO of StormFisher Hydrogen, highlighted the value brought by the partnership in creating long-term jobs and increasing molecule exports. The company's focus on e-Fuel production will aid in decarbonizing hard-to-abate industries such as maritime, aviation, and chemicals, positioning the United States as a significant supplier in the global market. The partnership with Hy24 and previous investments from ARC Financial Corp. demonstrate confidence in StormFisher Hydrogen's mission to lead in clean fuel development. The funding is expected to result in several billion dollars of capital deployment over the next decade, with each of their clean fuel production facilities creating approximately 50 permanent jobs. This investment will not only support local communities but also contribute to America's energy transition and enhance energy resilience.
