The AIChE Academy is teaming up with the University of Houston's UH Energy to offer a series of online training sessions focusing on the emerging hydrogen economy. The Hydrogen Economy Program aims to equip professionals and students with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the technologies and approaches relevant to hydrogen. The program, scheduled from August 19 to November 13, will feature a blend of real-time Zoom meetings and self-paced e-learning modules covering diverse topics like hydrogen production methods, transportation, and utilization. Participants will also engage in a capstone project to apply their learnings practically. Rukyah Hennessey, Director of Education and Workforce Development at AIChE, highlights the synergies between UH Energy's curriculum on the hydrogen economy and AIChE Academy's extensive audience in the energy and chemicals sectors.
