Ferroviarie Nord Milano (FNM) has unveiled the Coradia Stream H hydrogen-powered train in Rovato to support sustainable transport in Lombardy. The successful testing and hydrogen refueling at the Rovato depot demonstrated the operational readiness of this technology. Previously tested and approved in Germany, the train is set to operate on the Brescia — Iseo — Edolo line. FNM's H2iseO project in Brescia aims to tackle electrical infrastructure deficiencies by creating a sustainable hydrogen cluster to enhance transportation infrastructure in the region.
