Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) has announced its victory in a power transmission project in Gujarat, which will cater to the production of Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia in Mundra. The project, costing Rs 2,800 crore, is set to be completed in 36 months. This initiative, named "Transmission System for Green Hydrogen/Ammonia Manufacturing Potential in Mundra, Gujarat," involves key upgrades to the Navinal electrical substation and the construction of a 75 km long transmission line to connect it to the Bhuj substation. The project will significantly enhance AESL's transmission infrastructure with the addition of 150 cKM of transmission lines and 3,000 MVA of transformation capacity. AESL secured this project through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB), reinforcing its position in the industry. This achievement marks AESL's 6th order win in the current fiscal year, elevating its orderbook value to Rs 57,561 Crore. AESL, a major player in the energy sector and part of the Adani Group, has a robust presence in power transmission, distribution, smart metering, and cooling solutions. The company also aims to lead in smart metering integration and revolutionize energy delivery with a focus on green power.
