Chiyoda Corporation has secured an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract from ENEOS Corporation for a significant Direct Methylcyclohexane electrosynthesis (Direct MCH) demonstration plant. This initiative is part of the Green Innovation Fund projects and is centered on establishing a substantial hydrogen supply chain. The project, which is supported by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), will feature a large-scale Direct MCH electrolyzer developed by ENEOS.
